Once Upon A Trunk is a multi retail clothing channel for women. We offer a hassle-free shopping experience online. Our services also include personal shopping by appointment in New Delhi/NCR, seven days a week.
We will connect you with our personal stylist who will cater to your needs and preferences. You can choose what you like and only pay for what you decide to keep.

2. What areas does OUAT cover and what are the time slots we have to adhere to?
We provide trunk/styling services in Delhi/NCR only. You can choose from four time slots between 10 AM to 5 PM.
All other areas can enjoy shopping online on our website.

3. How often can I order a trunk?
You can request for trunk service as many times in a month. Since we keep updating our collection, the product in each trunk you place an order for will vary.

4. What are the kinds of garments in a trunk?
Our trunk comes with high quality garments by premium fashion labels and designers. Our stylist work hard to curate the perfect look for your occasion.

5. What is your return policy?
You can return the clothes to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods later than that will not be accepted.

6. What if we don’t purchase anything from the trunk?
If you don’t like anything from the trunk you receive, then you will only have to pay the minimum stylist fee of INR 999. However, if you purchase anything then the logistics fee will be a part of your total bill.

7. Is it safe to make online payments?
Your security is of utmost importance to us. All orders are processed through a very secure gateway. We also offer cash on delivery for orders below INR 25,000.

8. What if the product I like is out of stock?
You can request availability of a product that you like but is out of stock and our team will notify you when it is available for purchase.
